The Role
As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you'll join our supportive team environment where you'll learn to:
- Conduct strategic neighborhood canvassing with experienced team members
- Perform professional roof inspections using cutting-edge technology
- Guide homeowners through our streamlined insurance claims process
- Convert qualified leads into satisfied customers
- Master our proven sales system through comprehensive initial and ongoing training
- Secure new client agreements monthly with the support of experienced mentors
- Maintain 99% accuracy in our user-friendly CRM system
- Provide exceptional customer service with 24-hour response times
- Structured 90-day ramp-up program with clear milestones
- Performance-based compensation with earning potential of $65,000-$95,000+ in year one
- Monthly incentive trips for top performers

- Strong communication skills

- Basic computer proficiency
- Availability to work Monday-Friday (11:00 AM to dusk) and high-earning Saturday mornings
