Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Summary

As the Operations Coordinator at our Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram dealership, you'll be the backbone of our daily operations — ensuring the office runs smoothly, professionally, and efficiently. In this role, you'll take ownership of critical administrative tasks that support the dealership’s overall function and flow.

From managing vendor relationships and ordering supplies to drafting schedules, processing mail, and fielding internal requests, you'll help keep every department organized and on track. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and has a knack for keeping all the moving parts in order.

You’ll work closely with leadership and department heads to anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and ensure the dealership operates with precision and professionalism on the back end — so our front-line teams can focus on what they do best.

Essential Duties

  • Managing vendor relationships and acting as the main point of contact for office-related services and supplies
  • Ordering, tracking, and organizing office supplies to ensure departments are always equipped
  • Drafting and maintaining office schedules, including front desk coverage and administrative support assignments
  • Receiving, sorting, and responding to incoming mail, email, and deliveries
  • Assisting with general office upkeep, organization, and cleanliness standards
  • Coordinating dealership-wide communications and distributing internal memos
  • Supporting department leaders with clerical tasks, filing, and document preparation
  • Helping onboard new employees with office setup and administrative orientation
  • Handling special projects and miscellaneous tasks to support overall dealership operations
  • Other duties as assigned by site leader

  • 1-2 years of experience in related fields
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience coordinating administrative duties and staying organized
  • Flexible schedule; willing to work weekends and stay late to ensure success
  • Self motivated individual and ability to work autonomously
  • Be a creative force and master of execution
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both internally and externally
  • Ability to multitask, remain calm and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
