As an IT Intern, you’ll support the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems and equipment. You'll work with the IT team to assist users, resolve basic issues, and gain hands-on experience with day-to-day tech support.

Job Summary
As an IT Intern, you’ll support the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems and equipment. You'll work with the IT team to assist users, resolve basic issues, and gain hands-on experience with day-to-day tech support.
Job Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Assist with troubleshooting and resolving basic computer, hardware, and software issues.
- System Setup & Maintenance: Help install, maintain, and upgrade desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- End-User Assistance: Provide support to employees, including answering questions and helping with system use.
- Inventory & Tracking: Support IT team in tracking equipment, repairs, and installations.
- Learning & Development: Gain hands-on experience and stay current on IT trends through on-the-job learning.
- Currently pursuing a degree in IT, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of current principles and practices of IT support and ability to work closely with users and other IT professionals to identify, analyze and resolve system problems
- Understanding of Help Desk functionality and IT maintenance procedures
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to successfully interact with other IT professionals and end-users
