This is a hands-on multidisciplinary role in which the right candidate will support the business administrative needs of Finance, People Operations, and company executives.

Salary Description
$63,387 - $80,000

You will work within a talented team of professionals as we strive to achieve our mission of improving global human health. This is a hands-on multidisciplinary role in which the right candidate will support the business administrative needs of Finance, People Operations, and company executives.
Responsibilities
People Operations
- Maintain the HRIS system, Paylocity, ensuring data integrity.
- Support the coordination of open enrollment.
- Manage and regularly audit employee files, ensuring local, state, and federal law compliance.
- Provide coordination support for monthly employee engagement activities.
- Additional tasks assigned.
- Develop, write, implement, distribute and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Liaise with IT and facilities to maintain a properly functioning work environment.
- Manage filing corporate licensure updates.
- Manage corporate insurance renewal process.
- Manage regulatory processes such as Sunshine Act and VETS 4212 reporting.
- Manage payroll tax, employment tax and sales and use tax registrations.
- Provide administrative support to company executives as requested.
- Responsible for companywide Amazon, Crystal Springs, and Instacart ordering.
- Responsible for daily mail retrieval.
- Responsible for records management.
- Manage the primary company phone line and direct calls as needed.
- Additional tasks assigned.
- Assist with printing and mailing checks.
- Assist with recording bills and processing employee expense reimbursements.
- Manage cash inflows by following up on customers with overdue accounts.
- Deposit checks and record receivables.
- Prepare allocation of payroll expenses.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- At least one year of HR experience preferred.
- Administrative experience required
- Experience in QuickBooks and Paylocity is preferred
