Fulltime Monday through Friday position

Responsibilities of Specialty Program Director:

• Assure compliance with clinical aspects of contract including utilization and documentation.
• Work with management team and evaluator to formulate, implement and maintain policies and procedures.
• Attend monthly in-service training.
• Assist staff with crisis intervention.
• Commit to the prevision of culturally competent service.
• Responsible for compliance with mandatory reporting laws, mandatory incident reporting and for ensuring ethical practices are followed.
• Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications of Specialty Program Director:

• Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine required
• Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred) in mental health, counseling, social work, or a related field
• Current professional license in a field related to mental health counseling (LMHC, LCSW/LICSW, MHC) in the state of Massachusetts.
• Previous experience working with behavioral patients.
• Must be able to demonstrate cultural competence.
• Knowledge of Federal, state and local laws governing substance abuse and mental health services.
