• $150,000 Salary Guarantee
• $90.00/hour call back pay
• $30,000 signing bonus/Relocation combined

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Cardiac Surgery PA (CVT-PA)

• Surgical PA-First Assist; vein harvesting, valve replacement, etc.
• Cardiac, Thoracic & Vascular cases
• Work Division: 70% surgical, 20% hospital based, 10% Clinic
• Be the right hand of CVT surgeons
• Modern Hospital/OR's Opened in 2014/100 million expansion now. Program has 4 interventional cardiologists, 1 Invasive, 1 EP and 2 Structural cardiologists; Doing TAVR, Mtral Clip, Watchman, etc.

• PA with 1st assist Surgery Experience
• Endoscopic vein harvesting skills (ideal, but will train)
• Work Well in Team Environment; "Culture & Fit" key here
