The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Sales Analyst to support our Walmart & Club team in analyzing data, developing selling stores, ensuring program execution, and enhancing overall efficiency in sales processes and workflows. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in sales support, analyzing sales data, and providing recommendations to drive the business.

What You Will Do

  • Support the sales team with daily operations and administrative tasks.
  • Develop selling stories, reports, and materials for customer meetings.
  • Deep dive into Scintilla (Luminate) to uncover and unlock trends/gaps in sales.
  • Track club execution by region and program.
  • Identify opportunities and gaps for additional selling opportunities.
  • Ensure execution of existing programming.
  • Track accruals and spending by region at key retailers.
  • Work with Demand Planning team to align sales forecast and production.
  • Track against internal ordering and ensure alignment from operations team.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics; generate reports and insights to inform strategic decisions, ad hoc analysis as needed.
  • Ensure alignment on sales initiatives across marketing, finance, and supply chain teams.
  • Work with finance and sales to capture customer accruals for accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage documentation and reporting related to promotions and sales activities.
  • Administer promotions in the Club and Mass channels, ensuring timely execution and compliance.
  • Oversee programming activities, including demos and displays, to enhance brand visibility.
  • Implement and maintain sales tools to boost team productivity.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Dependable and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights that inform decision-making. Create a selling story from the data in short bullet point form.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • The ability to operate independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ year(s) of experience in sales operations, administration, or a related role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with financial reporting is a plus.
  • Experience working in Scintilla (Luminate) preferred.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Travel for business meetings on an as needed basis.
  • Some lifting and the movement of moderate loads require 50-pound lifting requirement.
  • Willingness to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business demands.

COMPENSATION: Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $80,000- $90,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market, minimum wage requirements, and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
