Job Summary: As an integral member of the IT Operations team, the Senior IT Technical Analyst will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing enterprise-level IT systems and services. This role focuses on supporting and administering Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Intune, Microsoft 365, printing solutions, and policies. The candidate will ensure efficient operations, security, and scalability of IT Operations to meet organizational needs while driving innovation and best practices. This position is the go-to person for IT Technical Analysts, providing technical direction on day-to-day operations while serving as the escalation point of contact for technical assistance and customer escalations for workstation hardware and software, mobile device management, conference room technology, print management, M365, and other advanced technologies (I.E. IaaS, PaaS, etc.). They will demonstrate the best in terms of relationship management, collaboration, resilience, critical thinking, problem resolution, and project planning. Promotes an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank. Represents INTRUST Bank in all they do in the community and is focused on the development of new business relationships. Essential Functions: All expectations described in the job description’s essential functions are necessary to be successful in this role, performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.

  • Technical advisor on day-to-day issues, enhance critical thinking, promote technical growth, and identify ways to advance team knowledge.
  • Conduct research, design, install, configure, optimize, administer, and support endpoints (workstations, printers and mobile devices), policies and hardware, cloud services, Windows based workstations as well as iOS and Android devices in a corporate environment. Including leading large-scale IT projects.
  • Lead proactive analysis of endpoint performance. Determine root cause and improve processes to prevent recurring issues. Initiate preventive maintenance on operating systems as well as manage repair of system/environment problems.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members and support end-user training initiatives.
  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance and optimization of productivity tools such as M365 services including Exchange, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Support workstation and mobile device imaging/provisioning processes, managing endpoint life cycle, supporting vulnerability management and device configuration standardization and policies based on established security guidelines and best practices. Working closely with IT Security team.
  • Administer and manage Microsoft SCCM and Intune for software deployment, patch management, configuration policies, and reporting.
  • Monitor performance metrics, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement of endpoint and productivity tools.
  • Develop policies and procedures for endpoint device usage, security, and lifecycle management.
  • Develop process automation through scripting, programming or AI.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategic solutions.
  • As needed participation in 24 x 7 On-Call Rotation, after-hours maintenance windows to update, change, and install various systems.

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and/or 10+ years directly related on-the-job experience required. Detail oriented, deadline and results driven. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required Skills and Knowledge: Extensive experience with SCCM, Intune, and Microsoft 365 administration. Windows workstation OS, iOS and Android mobile, M365 product suite, Teams telephony and audio/video conference room, cloud fax management, Active Directory; GPO; and Risk analysis. Leading technical implementation of large-scale projects. Familiarity with printing environments, including print servers and device management. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Required Licenses and/or Certifications: Valid US driver’s license for travel to banking centers. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, SCCM certifications) are a plus.

Physical Demands: Extended period(s) of time may be spent viewing a personal computer, sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. The physical demands necessary for this role should be performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Working Conditions: Normal office conditions. Occasional travel to branches, vendors, or conferences possible.
