Education And Skills To Be a Project Manager
Compensation: $84,000 - $88,000 annual salary (based on a full time, 40 hour work week)
Individual compensation is based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other position related components.

About The Role
As a project manager at Neighborhood, you’ll collaborate across all departments to improve organizational efficiencies with workflow design that is mission-minded. You’ll also use your project management skills to develop, document, train and support teams in the implementation of new workflows. Responsibilities include:
- Manage the implementation of new programs, projects or workflows, and maintain project management templates and tools to communicate progress of projects
- Facilitate communication across departments to ensure understanding of the share of a project and identify each department’s role. Hold team members accountable for committed work
- Develop workflows that are compliant with quality programs such as Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH), Federal Tortes Claims Act (FTCA), Uniform Data Set (UDS), and organizational goals. Support submission needs for these quality programs
- Coordinate and report on partnerships with neighborhood businesses or other institutions that contribute to the organization’s resources.

Education And Skills To Be a Project Manager
- Bachelor's degree required
- Training in public health preferred; FQHC or similar experience strongly preferred
- Outstanding project management and time management skills required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Highly responsive, timely, accurate and thorough in follow-up and follow through
- Highly flexible, positive results-driven attitude
