This individual will serve as the linchpin between field operations and administrative reporting, ensuring that every detail - from scheduling to subcontractor coordination - is handled with professionalism and precision. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Lead and manage day-to-day field operations on high-end custom home sites
• Schedule, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors to ensure timely project execution
• Monitor jobsite safety, quality control, and construction timelines
• Utilize Buildertrend and CompanyCam to maintain accurate project documentation and photo updates
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to specifications, plans, and timelines
• Resolve onsite construction challenges swiftly and effectively
• Serve as a key liaison between field and office teams, facilitating clear and timely communication
• Maintain daily reports, update schedules, and communicate project progress to upper management
• Oversee material deliveries and jobsite organization
  
  

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in custom residential construction
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction trades and field operations
• Proficiency in Buildertrend and CompanyCam required
• Demonstrated success in managing and maintaining construction schedules
• Ability to lead subcontractors and trade partners toward project success
• Competent in completing office and admin tasks, including documentation and reporting
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
