We are looking for an outstanding individual to lead the housekeeping team as a Supervisor. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by overseeing the housekeepers that clean their apartments and community common areas.

HOURS

  • Full time, with rotating weekends

Requirements

  • Require one year of prior experience in commercial or institutional housekeeping
  • Prefer previous experience in a supervisory role
  • Prefer a high school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing housekeeping functions throughout the community, including periodic inspections to ensure all quality standards are being met
  • Supervising housekeeping staff, including shift scheduling and designating areas
  • Maintaining and stocking the housekeeping cart(s), including securing chemicals
  • Cleaning apartments and common areas as needed, including vacuuming, dusting, laundry, trash removal, etc.
  • Communicating effectively with residents and staff
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
