We are looking for an outstanding individual to lead the housekeeping team as a Supervisor. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by overseeing the housekeepers that clean their apartments and community common areas.

We are looking for an outstanding individual to lead the housekeeping team as a Supervisor. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by overseeing the housekeepers that clean their apartments and community common areas.
HOURS
- Full time, with rotating weekends

- Require one year of prior experience in commercial or institutional housekeeping
- Prefer previous experience in a supervisory role
- Prefer a high school diploma or GED
- Overseeing housekeeping functions throughout the community, including periodic inspections to ensure all quality standards are being met
- Supervising housekeeping staff, including shift scheduling and designating areas
- Maintaining and stocking the housekeeping cart(s), including securing chemicals
- Cleaning apartments and common areas as needed, including vacuuming, dusting, laundry, trash removal, etc.
- Communicating effectively with residents and staff
- Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
