Basic Function
We have an exciting opportunity to Crane NXT Legal team as a full-time Corporate Paralegal. The position will be based out of our Waltham, MA corporate headquarters office and will report to the Associate General Counsel. We have a hybrid work schedule and encourage a healthy balance of office and remote work.

We have an exciting opportunity to Crane NXT Legal team as a full-time Corporate Paralegal. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Create, review, and revise various contracts, including NDAs, supply agreements, and service agreements.
- Organize and maintain a database of contracts and related documents, ensuring easy retrieval and proper archiving.
- Act as a trusted advisor partnering with internal stakeholders to identify non-standard contract terms and solutions to mitigate risk
- Track and manage contract deadlines, renewals, and expirations to ensure timely actions.
- Liaise with customers in negotiating contract terms and conditions.
- Provide training and support to staff on contract management processes and best practices.
- Generate reports on contract status, compliance, and other relevant metrics for management review
- Ensure that all contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations, and monitor ongoing compliance
- Partner with members of the Legal Department on other projects as necessary
- Bachelor’s degree
- Paralegal certification preferred
- At least 5 years of corporate paralegal experience at a public company or a corporate law firm
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational, written and verbal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines with quality work product
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on relative importance and urgency
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Familiarity with or ability to learn contract management software
