We're looking for a dependable and service-focused IT Support Technician to provide a blend of Level 1 and Level 2 support. This position covers a wide range of responsibilities including user support, device deployment, Microsoft 365 administration, and basic network troubleshooting. You'll play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and secure IT environment across the organization.

We're looking for a dependable and service-focused IT Support Technician to provide a blend of Level 1 and Level 2 support. This position covers a wide range of responsibilities including user support, device deployment, Microsoft 365 administration, and basic network troubleshooting. You'll play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and secure IT environment across the organization.

- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support via phone, email, ticketing system, or in person
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, macOS, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), and a range of end-user devices including desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Handle imaging, setup, and deployment of laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
- Manage user accounts and permissions through Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
- Diagnose and resolve local network issues including switch connectivity, IP addressing, DNS, and DHCP configuration
- Assist with the administration of the Microsoft 365 environment
- Track and maintain IT equipment inventory
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to the internal knowledge base
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of IT support experience in a Microsoft-based environment
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin tools and Entra ID
- Familiar with help desk ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Solid troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops, and peripheral hardware
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform local travel as needed
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar
- Exposure to Intune or other MDM tools
- Exposure to PowerShell and Microsoft Power Platform
- Windows Server exposure
- Basic understanding of network cabling
- Tech-savvy and eager to adopt new tools and platforms
