Chugh, LLP have openings in Edison, NJ for Legal Consultant to draft legal docs; review client cases, drafts, prep & file temp worker visa petitions; conduct legal research to support client's case & prep responses to RFE; draft and prepare motions to reopen; help review the allocation of work to the firm's paralegals; draft contracts for the purchase & sale of goods; prepare buy-sell agmts, emp agmts, prenuptial agmts, marital settlement agmts, & separate agmts; consult & software dev. contracts; draw up licensing agmts, stock option plans and conduct ind. research on laws, codes, and regulations.
