• Strategic Leadership & Growth: Develop and implement long-term business strategies, set performance goals, and drive geographic expansion.
• Operational Efficiency: Oversee food production, event planning, logistics, and quality control while ensuring financial sustainability.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets, financial reporting, and profitability while mitigating financial risks.
• Sales & Customer Relations: Drive revenue growth, cultivate corporate and recurring clients, and implement a strong CRM strategy.
