Human Resource Recruitment Specialist

We are a professional, fast-paced, non-medical in-home care agency with an immediate opening for the right candidate to join our team! The ideal person must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint) required.

The Primary Duties Include

• Recruiting, screening, and onboarding employees quickly to keep up with client demand.
• Conducting compliance reviews and employee check-ins with field staff.
• Providing both mandatory and elective training opportunities to field staff.
• Maintaining the agency roster with required state agencies and within the company database.
• Maintaining and tracking employee certifications (CPR/FA, DL, insurance, etc.)
• Amending and creating employee policies to keep current with state regulations and maintain a positive client experience.
• Networking and participating in recruitment opportunities to increase presence in the community and increase the applicant pool.
• Past caregiver experience is not required, but a plus!
