Primary Job Functions
- Continuously monitor and promptly address project requests originating from ecommerce, Sales, and Internal Project Managers, ensuring the proactive communication of intricate processes, procedures, and updates.
- Engage directly with internal team members, Sales, Internal Project Managers, and customers to meticulously verify purchase orders, scrutinize projects and parts for printability and necessary repairs, monitor order status, disseminate updates including project ship dates as required, and facilitate the attainment of targeted production quotas.
- Systematically organize and meticulously maintain the essential network project folders, ensuring all requisite part files and documentation are accurate and prepared for production.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of project status, promptly identifying and communicating any emergent concerns or issues to team members.
- Distribute critical information to the appropriate team members, ensuring timely action and completion of tasks.
- Manage telephone and email inquiries with professionalism, efficiently taking and responding to messages as needed.
- Coordinate and oversee the strategic scheduling of all injection molded orders, ensuring seamless integration into production timelines and optimizing resource utilization.
- Aid with customer meetings when requested by the Internal Project Manager, ensuring all client interactions are handled with the utmost professionalism.
- Collaborate with the purchasing department to order necessary materials for the job, ensuring all procurement activities are conducted efficiently and accurately.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education desired
- Previous experience as a customer service representative desired
- Data entry experience a plus
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with ability to handle many tasks simultaneously
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Experience with CAD a plus
- Excellent analytical skills, follow-through and attention to detail
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Excellent customer support service, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
- A proven history of excellent attendance
- Ability to work well with others
- Office and manufacturing/light production floor environment with ventilation, climate-control system, moderate lighting, and moderate noise level
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work
- Use vision to see, analyze, and adjust.
- Light to moderate lifting is required
- Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate.
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period.
- Use finger and hand dexterity to type, adjust, move, handle, perform, operate, install, attach, remove, apply, grasp, grip, manipulate, and measure.
- Periodically move, transport, rotate, reach, pull, twist, adjust position, push, stand, stoop, bend and crouch
