Graphic Design
- Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator and Manager to design eye-catching, brand-aligned materials such as brochures, line cards, certificates, and more.
- Produce high-quality graphics for digital platforms including websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertisements, in line with the content calendar.
- Stay informed about current design trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for promotional, educational, and brand awareness purposes.
- Create engaging motion graphics and animations as needed.
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand messaging and creative direction.
- Familiarize yourself with the company’s brand guidelines, ensure all content aligns with the brand's identity, voice, and messaging.
- Revise and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Attend weekly marketing meetings to review assets and collaborate on the look and feel.
- Work directly with outside vendors, both for printing and web design, to ensure that we have the files and assets necessary.
- Organize and maintain a library of design assets
- Own the shared marketing drive, keeping evergreen marketing materials up to date, ensuring accessibility to greater Total team.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, multimedia arts, or a related field.
- A minimum of three years of corporate experience as a graphic designer creating print and digital marketing assets for consumer goods, beauty or cosmetics manufacturer, or retailer.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in support of business strategies.
- Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office 365.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
- Demonstrated ability to act in a way that is consistent with our values.
- Qualified background check and drug screening.
- Experience in animation and motion graphics.
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Monday.com or Intervals.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools.
- The position operates in a professional office environment with the requirement to visit and walk around a warehouse with fluctuating temperatures.
- Spend most days sitting at a desk, working at a computer terminal to input data, handle phone calls, and exchange electronic messages.
- Use the computer as a telephone, messenger, and work tool, so expect to wear a headset and use both a keyboard and mouse frequently throughout the day.
- Regularly sit, stand, and walk for long and short distances.
- Ability to hear and interpret information and directions, with or without corrective assistance.
- Communicate, verbally and in written form, regularly to describe and explain detailed, important, and accurate instructions internally and directly with customers.??
- Occasionally lift and/or move material up to 25 lbs.
- Occasionally stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- Noise level is usually moderate.
