Job Description:
- Verify Insurance benefits and confirm network status.
- Communicate benefits to internal teams.
- Initiate Authorization and follow-up on pending authorization.
- Upload Managed Care documentation to Electronic Medical Record System.
- Submit concurrent review to Managed Care companies.
- Request/Upload discharge documentation to Managed Care companies.
- Submit Vent notifications to the State for Medicaid payment.
- Communicate with the billing team on any Managed Care billing issues.
- Knowledge of Point Click Care and Microsoft Excel
