A Little Bit About The Position

Are you a strategic thinker who thrives where technology meets impact? Gemini is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead the evolution of our Salesforce platform—driving efficiency, supporting business goals, and delivering user-friendly solutions that make a measurable difference.

In this high-impact role, you’ll manage Salesforce configuration, security, and data integrity while supporting Sales and Marketing with custom Flows, approval processes, dashboards, and full-funnel reporting. You'll also provide user support, training, and drive adoption of best practices and new features to ensure long-term platform value.

As part of the PMO team, you'll coordinate cross-functional program rollouts, create clear process documentation and training materials, and continuously improve systems based on feedback and data. The ideal candidate combines strong product and change management skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for stakeholders at all levels.   • Location: Remote (must reside in AL, AZ, CA, CO, FL, MN, MT, NC, NJ, NM, NV, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, or WA)
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Compensation: $100,000-$124,000/year
  • Travel: If fully remote, you are expected to visit headquarters on a biannual basis. If local, on a weekly basis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, project management, learning & development or communications related field preferred
  • 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification required
  • Experience with technical process writing and product/process training preferred
  • Exceptional ability to translate technical procedures into readable, conversational and engaging instructional design
  • Advanced time management and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle a high volume of work and function in a fast-paced environment, on deadline
  • Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
  • Presentation and public speaking
  • Experience in SQL, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, batch Apex, and triggers
  • Experience in VScode and Github development workflows preferred, but not required
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration
  • Experience with supporting marketing teams using marketing automation technologies (ie Marketo, Eloqua)
  • Exceptional ability to learn new software products, collaborate with technical developers, coordinate with technical vendors and relay information to end users company-wide who are not necessarily highly technical
  • Proficient using a computer, business phone, office software, video conferencing, and other computer programs including Google Workplace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail, etc.)
  • Workflow & Project Management system experience (Asana or comparable programs)
  • Experience working in an office setting
  • Exceptional teamwork

Functional Requirements

  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodation, including, but not limited to:
  • Sitting for at least one hour at a time (total: 4-6 hours/day)
  • Keyboarding for extended periods of time (total: 4-6 hours/day)
  • Using a phone with or without a headset for extended periods (total: 2-4 hours/day)

Salary Description

$100,000-$124,000/yearly
