Responsibilities
- Maintain team lead’s schedule
- Maintain team calendar
- Prepare listing presentations and CMA’s
- Reconcile expenses and prepare expense reports
- Organize and respond to team lead’s correspondence
- Open and distribute mail
- Prepare all marketing mailings
- Answer phones
- Handle client inquiries and complaints
- Maintain supplies, office equipment and software
