We're looking for a Coach Success Manager to help us build out our coach success and activation playbooks that can be scaled across thousands of coaches in hundreds of categories. In this role, you will interact frequently with our expert coaches and set them up to successfully build their business on Leland. You’ll work closely with the Operations, Growth, and Experience teams to develop strategy and implement plans. If you are interested in growth strategy/execution, amazing at building relationships with coaches from various backgrounds (from law school to investment banking), and excited about creating systems that can be packaged into a repeatable playbook, we'd love to chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Refine process for coach acceptance and run the full coach vetting process
  • Host and manage entire end-to-end coach onboarding process and ensure all coaches are trained, supported, and upskilled to deliver world-class coaching
  • Serve as point of contact for the entire coach network and own all coach communications
  • Ensure the supply-side of the business is healthy, thriving, and successful on the platform
  • Develop high-value action path for coaches to increase their earnings on the Leland platform
  • Provide creative, strategic, and data-driven insight to improve processes and supply-side growth
  • Collaborate with the Product team to develop coach features for activation, gamification, and experience
  • Contribute to and refine our coach resource library, ensuring they have the resources, materials, and tools needed to build their businesses

Who You Are:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as management consulting, customer success, operations, or a related field
