Experienced Import Parts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the import parts department, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate pricing for optimal inventory management.
• Train and manage a high-performing parts team, setting goals and monitoring performance.
• Ensure accurate ordering, stocking, and tracking of parts to meet service department and retail demands.
• Implement strategies to increase sales and improve department operations.
• Monitor and control department expenses to align with budget goals.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, new products, and market changes.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Import Parts Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of import automotive brands and their parts inventory management.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team to achieve sales and operational targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with dealership management software and inventory tracking systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 (based on experience and performance).
