Summary
Assists the office manager by performing the following duties. (Administrative/General)
Essential Duties
Tabulates and posts data in record books.
Compiles records and reports.
Stocking in new vehicles and ensuring accuracy of vehicle descriptions.
Processing used vehicle purchases
Assists with title work
Receives, counts and pays out cash.
Prepares stock inventory.
Operates office machines such as computer, typewriter, calculator and copier.
Opens and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence and prepares outgoing mail.
Maintains professional appearance and neat work area.
Other tasks as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.
