Description
This role will be onsite at our Bentonville location 5 days per week.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Associate Graphic Designer oversees the artistic development of design materials. Develops the graphics used in a variety of creative projects, including environmental design, retail, design presentations, brochures, catalogs, corporate identity, and packaging. Designs may integrate typographic, photographic, illustrative, and graphic elements. Within the studio, the Associate Graphic Designer works with Graphic Designers, Design Directors, Art Directors, and Environmental/Interior Designers to develop concepts for clients and often specializes in a particular medium.
Essential Job Functions
Education: Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college, University, or art school in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Communications, or a closely related field
Experience: 1-3 years preferred. The exhibit, tradeshow, or retail design experience is preferred.
Special Skills/Qualifications: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite

Essential Job Functions
- Assist with Design, Layout, and Formatting
- Maintain graphic identities for clients across all jobs and keeps consistency (with guidance)
- Must work closely and collaboratively with the design team to strategically implement strong graphic concepts.
- Assist with preparations for presentations, which may include assembling mock-ups, formatting slides, or organizing visual assets.
- Prepare final press-ready designs, layouts, and formatting of materials.
- Assist with pre-flighting, collecting files, and archiving materials.
- Attending press checks and ensuring graphic standards of quality.
- Collaborate with the production manager to implement proper production workflow.
- Must be organized and detail-oriented.
- Punctuality and regular attendance are required on the job.
