Key Responsibilities
oReconcile daily reports
oEnsure compliance with client contracts and financial policies
oCreate and submit accurate monthly journal entries and billing invoices
oUse billing related reporting tools and dashboards
oWork with team members on wide array of reporting issues in connection daily transactions
oParticipate in audit testing
oManage queue of requests/questions in rotation with other team members
oUnderstand FinCon goals and needs; coordinate with other departments as needed

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess The Following
oExperience with accounting month-end functions
oAble to identify reporting problems, with minimal assistance
oUnderstanding of accounting functions/t-accounts
oExperience with accounting/financial data; or relevant college experience
oProficient with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel), and BI tools (Jaspersoft, Sisense, ThouhtSpot)
oAbility to follow complex transaction flows; tracing from different points of the process and identify where and why something unexpected occurred
oEffective written and oral communication skills
oDemonstrated ability to meet deadlines
oAbility to manage multiple priorities
oSelf-motivated
oAbility to work independently as well as in a team environment
