Job Description: Under the direction of the Compliance Manager, the Compliance Analyst will play a critical role in managing regulatory and company complaints while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, policies, and internal standards. This role requires a strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks, with the ability to analyze complaint data, identify trends, and provide insights to leadership. The ideal candidate will have a background in financial compliance, strong analytical skills, and experience with advanced data tools such as Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) or Power BI. Additionally, they must possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as they will work closely with cross-functional teams, including executives and senior leadership.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the intake, tracking, and resolution of regulatory and company complaints, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Analyze complaint data using advanced Excel or Power BI, identifying key insights to support compliance strategies.
- Prepare and present reports on complaint trends and regulatory risks to executive leadership, providing clear recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Compliance, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams, to address complaint-related risks and drive resolution strategies.
- Monitor and research regulatory changes, assessing their impact on company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement compliance-related training for internal teams to enhance regulatory awareness and adherence.
- Assist in maintaining compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support compliance audits and regulatory reviews, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and adherence to legal requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, complaints management, or financial compliance in Arizona (AZ); experience in California (CA) is preferred
- Strong background in regulatory frameworks and compliance within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and/or Power BI.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to executive leadership and regulatory bodies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess risks and implement solutions proactively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including executives, to drive compliance initiatives.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- CPCU and AINS designations *strongly preferred.
- Availability to work 8 AM - 5 PM PST is required.
