Creative Director

We’re looking for a visionary Creative Director to lead and inspire our in-house creative team. This role will own the full creative process from concept through execution—including seasonal campaigns, photoshoots, videos, and digital assets. You’ll bring strategic and aesthetic leadership to our brand, aligning storytelling with business goals and driving execution across all platforms.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead creative direction across all brand touchpoints: campaigns, photo, video, site, email, organic social, and more
• Own the development and execution of brand campaigns throughout the year
• Oversee and mentor a team of designers and content creators
• Direct photoshoots and video productions—from concepting to execution
• Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce to align on strategy, objectives, and asset needs
• Maintain and evolve our visual identity to ensure consistency and innovation
• Push creative ideas that drive engagement, conversion, and brand growth

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years in creative roles, with experience leading brand or campaign direction
• Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns
• Strong portfolio across photo, video, digital, and ecommerce
• Experience managing and developing creative teams
• A collaborative and strategic thinker who can drive both concept and execution
