We are seeking candidates who are comfortable with a hybrid work schedule and are located near Lowell, MA, or Deerfield Beach, FL.

Responsibilities

• Proactively assist in the month end close process ensuring tasks completed accurately, on time, and assisting team members as needed
• Review monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Daily detailed accounting analyses of purchase orders and inventory
• Create timely & accurate reports on financial data, spend against budgets/forecast, and KPI’s
• Manage annual audit, provide supporting materials to auditors and assist team members
• Provide FP& A with assistance in departmental and project variance analysis
• Track and validate billing, AR, and AP
• Work with local teams to drive process-based controls
• Assist operations and project managers with achieving goals

Requirements:

• Must have 3 -5 years in a finance role
• Previous experience in the Security/ Distribution/ Staffing Industry is preferred but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple conflicting priorities within rigid deadlines
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required (e.g. pivot tables, vLookup formulas, if/then formulas)
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ability to complete tasks independently
• Software savvy and able to learn quickly; Khameleon knowledge is preferred but not required
• Must be detailed oriented, professional, and reliable to work independently
• Candidate must be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic
