Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for coordinating the delivery of all technical product training needs and programs across the organization
  • Work with Systems Trainers to develop and deliver application training in support of system implementation initiatives
  • Proactively explore the technical training needs of departments across the organization and develop training material as needed
  • Create and deliver end-user training to include curriculum development, course/class creation, competency asessments and exams and including curriculum, courses, training, exams, and where applicable credentials and formal certification.
  • Ensure all training modules are current, coordinated with new software releases and updated continuously to reflect latest functionality and processes
  • "Ensure training environments are maintained with appropriate data, training data, and functions/features to optimize training experience for end users
  • Collaborate with appropriate IT team members, Clinical Education, Human Resources, Nurse Leadership and all other applicable groups to develop content and materials required for training
  • Manage the maintenance and versioning control process of all training materials; be the “hub” for content, cataloging, organizing, and storing all training and reference materials
  • Identify training opportunities and utilize multiple formats and media to develop and deliver training
  • Provide a quality training experience in a manner that supports adult learning principles and positions participants for success
  • Support continuous cycle of improvement through testing for learning, customer feedback surveys on training experience and effectiveness, identifying innovative methods to meet evolving training needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years experience in a corporate/business training/education setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
