The Barnabas Health Behavioral Health Center is located in Toms River.

Qualifications
Required:
- RN Degree
- NJ RN License
- At least 3 years Behavioral Health experience & at least one year Behavioral Health/Chemical Dependency experience in a Supervisor/Management position
- BLS certification
- Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License
- BSN
- Specialty Certification
- Per Diem Night
- The Nursing Supervisor provides oversight of house wide staffing and patient throughput/bed management
- Ensures enforcement of facility policies and standardized feedback to employees related to policies and clinical performance; Provides supervision and is a resource for orientees; Provides education and mentorship; Provides support and follow through for clinical and nursing quality issues; Provides clinical leadership for medical and psychiatric emergencies, and oversees unexpected events
- Responsible for collection of QA data
