We are actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and execute projects aligned with our business objectives. We prioritize excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction in every project.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.
- Prepare comprehensive project plans, including a schedule of values, subcontract scopes, equipment procurement, and construction schedules.
- Collaborate closely with business unit personnel to define project requirements and develop effective solutions.
- Facilitate project communication by preparing and delivering progress reports, proposals, and necessary documentation.
- Attend and actively participate in project meetings, demonstrating a commitment to project success.
- Supervise field staff, maintain labor logs for productivity tracking, and delegate tasks appropriately.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing projects within an industrial setting.
- SolidWorks CAD experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Any experience with large shipyards, military, or power generation projects is a plus.
