HR Generalist (Temp-to-Hire Opportunity)

Pay: $65,000 – $75,000/year

CV Resources is partnering with a growing construction company in Caldwell, ID to identify a skilled HR Generalist for a temporary, possibly temp-to-hire opportunity. This is a hands-on role supporting day-to-day HR operations with a strong focus on recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for field and office roles
• Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and coaching
• Maintain compliance with company policies and employment laws
• Support HR documentation, file management, and reporting
• Utilize ADP for employee data, payroll coordination, and reporting
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
• Strong experience with recruiting and employee relations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in the construction industry is highly preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
• Proficient with ADP and HR systems
