We are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced and driven team member to enter the Director of Project Management role. This key leadership position will support initiatives across all our casino and hospitality enterprise areas, including gaming, hotel operations, food and beverage, and retail.

This enterprise-facing role reports directly to the Chief Information Officer and involves high-level collaboration with senior leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams. The Director will lead the planning and execution of strategic projects, ranging from technology implementations to property renovations, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals, timelines, and budgets.

Additionally, You'll

• Lead and manage a portfolio of high-impact projects across all lines of business.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments and senior leadership to define project scopes, objectives, and success criteria.
• Oversee construction and remodeling efforts in coordination with Facilities and external contractors.
• Provide strong project governance through tracking, reporting, and proactive risk mitigation.
• Review and negotiate vendor and contractor agreements with attention to legal, financial, and operational details.
• Serve as the key point of contact for project-related communications across the enterprise.
• Develop and mentor a team of project professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Requirements

• Proven project management experience (minimum 10 years), including leadership of cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of both IT and construction/remodeling project lifecycles.
• Demonstrated ability to work with legal agreements, budgets, and executive-level stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as casino management systems (CMS), property management systems (PMS), point of sale (POS), and ERP platforms is a plus.
• PMP or similar certification preferred.
