Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide strategic leadership for our client. The CEO will oversee all business operations, develop long-term strategies, and foster a culture of excellence in the residential roofing market. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will ensure sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and industry leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals, including revenue growth, market expansion, and operational excellence in residential roofing.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation, to ensure profitability and sustainability.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, vendors, and industry partners.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Represent our client in the Knoxville community, industry events, and media to enhance brand reputation.
• Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive business development and competitive positioning in the residential sector.
• Provide regular updates to the Board of Directors on company performance, challenges, and strategic initiatives.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of executive leadership experience, with a strong background in accounting (e.g., financial analysis, budgeting, or profit optimization).
• Proven track record of driving business growth, improving profitability, and leading high-performing teams.
• Experience in the residential roofing or construction industry, including knowledge of market trends and best practices, is highly desirable.
• Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and align diverse teams.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to navigate complex challenges.
