Bachelor's degree and 8 years' experience, which includes at least two years of relevant financial leadership experience OR Master’s degree and 6 years of relevant experience, which includes at least two years of relevant financial leadership experience OR in lieu of bachelor's degree, 12 years' of relevant experience is required, which includes two years of relevant financial leadership may be considered. Health care revenue cycle leadership experience preferred.-Relevant certification(s). Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) Certification Preferred.
Master's degree preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Division Support: Serve as a key partner to BAR senior leadership by driving execution of high-priority initiatives, ensuring operational alignment with strategic objectives, and proactively supporting day-to-day decision-making and division effectiveness.
- Initiative Leadership and Delivery: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional initiatives that advance the division's strategic goals. Monitor timelines, manage stakeholders, mitigate risks, and ensure accountability to achieve targeted outcomes.
- Administrative Process Optimization: Redesign, elevate, and standardize administrative support functions across the BAR Division to align with executive-level standards, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and accountability.
- Strategic Initiative Coordination: Track division-wide initiatives and ensure progress against goals by maintaining dashboards, summarizing deliverables, and proactively identifying gaps, risks, or delays.
- Operational Communication: Draft high-quality executive communications, talking points, and internal briefings for leadership; ensure timely follow-up on key actions and decisions across teams.
- Portfolio Management and Executive Reporting: Manage a centralized portfolio of division initiatives, tracking performance, resource allocation, and capacity. Deliver visually engaging, executive-ready dashboards and reports that highlight progress, risks, and alignment with priorities. Develop high-quality executive communications, internal briefings, and leadership talking points. Coordinate timely follow-up on decisions and ensure clear communication flow across leadership and administrative teams.
- Internal Web and Resource Stewardship: Oversee and enhance internal SharePoint sites and digital communication tools to reflect accurate, current, and relevant information for staff and leaders.
- Decision Support and Readiness: Anticipate leadership needs by preparing briefing documents, coordinating data requests, and ensuring readiness for enterprise meetings, site visits, and executive briefings.
- Cross-Functional Integration: Liaise with finance, HR, IT, and other administrative areas to coordinate support services, escalate urgent needs, and align shared resources.
