Requirements
The Field Trainer (Adult Learning Facilitator) is responsible for delivery and continuous improvement of training programs, conducting needs assessment, executing training, developing reinforcements and assisting in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with instructional designers to develop programs and curricula for employees of the organization for both orientation and in-job training
- Collaborate with the company's management to identify training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions for employees
- Deliver training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques and teaching tools
- Administer training for designated groups with the ability to deliver, project and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both in group and individual classroom dynamics
- Collaborate with designers to develop systems to monitor and ensure employees are performing their responsibilities according to the training
- Ensure the compliance of the company's employees to cooperate with standards and procedures during training sessions
- Provide support and mentoring for new employees and identifying sections where reinforcements are needed
- Provide continual support to members of management on-site
- Assist in evaluating training programs
- Conducting periodic (monthly or quarterly) operational audits/inspections of all clinical operational practices, policies, and standards
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
- Knowledge of Adult Learning Techniques
- Develop and cultivate a never-ending appetite for learning to broaden your knowledge
- Strong organization and time-management skills to prioritize, delegate tasks and set goals for productivity

- Effective communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to inspire and engage learners
- Technologically intermediate/advanced skills in MS products – Work/PowerPoint/Excel.
- Good research skills to perform advanced and analytical research to find reliable and relevant content for the learner
- High empathy skills and understanding of effective teaching methodologies and the willingness to keep up to date of new techniques in teaching
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience
- Expert use of computers
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Familiarity with learning management systems
- 25% out of state travel may be required
