About The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to take charge of day-to-day marketing execution across social media, email, digital content, and event promotion. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who’s ready to take initiative, drive creative execution, and contribute to a fast-paced and collaborative team.
As the Marketing Manager, you’ll manage the creation and scheduling of content, lead promotional efforts, and play a key role in bringing the COPA STC story to life across all marketing channels. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure our community stays informed, inspired, and engaged.

As the Marketing Manager, you’ll manage the creation and scheduling of content, lead promotional efforts, and play a key role in bringing the COPA STC story to life across all marketing channels. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure our community stays informed, inspired, and engaged.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and schedule content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube).
- Capture and curate content during training, events, and community programming.
- Write, build, and send email newsletters and promotional communications.
- Manage website updates and ensure event/program information is accurate and current.
- Monitor performance metrics (social, email, web) and develop actionable reports.
- Maintain marketing calendars and oversee promotional timelines.
- Design and implement print and digital signage for internal campaigns and events.
- Coordinate with coaches and staff to highlight programs and celebrate member achievements.
- Stay current on social and digital trends to inform content and engagement strategies.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects with ease.
- A strong communicator with excellent writing skills.
- A creative thinker with a passion for content development and brand storytelling.
- Comfortable working independently and using new tools and platforms.
- Flexible and available to attend evening or weekend events to capture content or provide on-site marketing leadership.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or content creation (internships count!).
- Proficiency in social media management and email platforms (e.g. Instagram, Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Experience with content editing tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Interest in sports, fitness, or community programming is helpful but not required.
- Build your marketing expertise while leading creative projects across multiple channels.
