Computer Skills
A general knowledge of computer usage as well as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and AS400
is helpful but not a requirement.

Maintain a positive team working environment by covering responsibilities and assisting others as needed.

Responsibilities Include
- Retrieving messages from voice mail and forwarding them to appropriate personnel.
- Answering incoming telephone calls, determining purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
- Taking and delivering messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
- Answering questions about organization and providing callers with address, directions, and other information.
- Welcoming on-site visitors, determining nature of business, and announcing visitors to appropriate personnel.
- Developing familiarization with visitors who frequent the office.
- Monitoring visitor access and issuing passes when required.
- Communicating information throughout the building in a timely manner.
- Receiving, sorting, and routing mail, and maintaining and routing publications.
- Ordering, receiving, and maintaining office supplies.
- Creating and printing notifications, and other documents when necessary.
- Operating office equipment such as photocopying machines.
- Performing other clerical duties as needed, including updating the store directory, call lists, and other company organizational documents in a timely manner.
- Learning all Clerical Department service standards and procedures, including but not limited to price changes, transfer and lottery processing.
- Other tasks as assigned.
