Description

Job Purpose Summary:

AGC QA Lab Technician is responsible for ensuring company quality parameters for all inbound/outbound products, properly recording quality data into the ERP system and timely notification of OOS conditions.

Job Responsibilities And Accountabilities

  • Perform product testing according to SOP
  • Enter test results into ERP system
  • Troubleshoot instrumentation as needed; report issues to supervisor
  • Notify supervisor of inventory levels of consumables
  • Gather in process, finished product or incoming components as directed by supervisor or procedure
  • Perform sampling according to written procedure
  • Perform in-process testing as directed by management
  • Assist in testing for sample Requests
  • Prepare/Label lab samples for inventory and/or shipment
  • Retain storage, rotation and disposal
  • Monthly Equipment Verification, troubleshooting as necessary
  • Maintain lab in a clean and safe manner
  • Other duties and special projects, as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma, Minimum
  • No experience necessary, lab experience preferred
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Ability to follow written and verbal direction
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, word processing, spreadsheets and report writing
  • Ability to analyze data and make determinations
  • Ability to provide presentations and training

Position Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be proficient in reading, speaking and writing in English for the purpose of record keeping, safety and quality training processes.
  • Available to work overtime including some weekends
  • Willing to work in any of our operating locations (Arbuckle and Woodland)
  • Prolonged periods of standing
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
