In this full-time role, you’ll work closely with residents to help restore independence, improve quality of life, and support their journey to recovery in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents and develop personalized treatment plans to meet their individual needs.
• Select activities designed to help residents achieve greater independence in daily tasks.
• Monitor and guide residents as they perform assigned tasks.
• Observe and assess residents' progress, providing detailed reports of findings.
• Assist in rehabilitating residents with disabilities due to injury, illness, or other challenges.
• Safeguard resident confidentiality by ensuring proper handling of sensitive information.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care services by auditing records regularly.
• Foster a collaborative environment by maintaining strong relationships with healthcare teams.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Florida State Occupational Therapy license.
• Experience in long-term care settings is preferred.
