- Provide input into ESP and improvement activities
- Basic knowledge of QMS
- Demonstrate competence within job tasks and duties
- Understand and demonstrate requirements for job duties
- Identify risks and gaps affecting negative performance
- Participate in root cause analysis
- Basic knowledge of RCA
- Understands & demonstrates proper use and execution of designated MHE
- Demonstrate competence within job tasks and duties
- Be aware of calibration requirements for equipment, If non-calibrated equipment is found, production will halt until calibration is resolved through Operations and Quality Management.
- Understand requirements of machine operations and equipment to not negatively impact operation
- Demonstrate competence within job tasks and duties
- Provide inputs to technology to capture relevant quality data
- Understand and demonstrate importance of achieving KPI's for customer and department deliverables
- Decide per criteria and execute rework on in-house damaged product (leaking, re-boxing, re-labeling)
- Under supervision, execute rework or coordination or return on supplier damaged product
- Execute quality checks (FPA, middle or end of run check) to ensure quality and QMS standards are upheld. If error is found, escalate to Quality Management
- Independently execute quality checks (AQL) to ensure quality and QMS standards are upheld
- If error is found, halt production and participate in root cause analysis
- Aware of impact performance will have on utilization and schedule completion
- Understand requirements and provide inputs to always exceed customer expectations
- Follow all safety requirements
- Support prevention and identification of potential hazards
- Demonstrate contributions towards reduction of risk and impact operations may have on surroundings
- Demonstrate contributions towards waste reduction.
