Role Summary

Main Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close for new and existing enterprise accounts
- Lead thoughtful, strategic discovery conversations with a client-first mindset
- Craft proposals and guide clients using structured sales frameworks like MAPs (Mutual Action Plans)
- Collaborate with internal experts to design training solutions that align with each client’s business goals
- Expand key accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and track renewals where applicable
- Keep your pipeline clean, your forecasting sharp, and your CRM data accurate
- Partner closely with leadership and fellow reps — we move fast and share what works
- Contribute to team meetings, blitz days, playbook development, and deal reviews
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (training, SaaS, or consulting preferred)
- Proven ability to build and execute structured account plans that drive growth
- Gravitas and business acumen to earn trust and build meaningful relationships with senior executives
- Strong at managing complex deals with multiple stakeholders across large organizations
- Organized, detail-oriented, and structured in your approach — no loose ends
- High EQ and coachability — able to take feedback and adapt quickly
- Resourceful — you don’t wait for answers, you go find them
- A strong sense of ownership and pride in your performance

- Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and virtual selling tools are a plus
