We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our Finance Team as a Financial Analyst.
What You'll Do:
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Financial Planning & Analysis department in producing regular financial and operational KPI reports, building the annual budget, and ad hoc analysis.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our Finance Team as a Financial Analyst.
What You'll Do:
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Financial Planning & Analysis department in producing regular financial and operational KPI reports, building the annual budget, and ad hoc analysis.
The successful candidate will be able to:
- Utilize operational data to support finance, operations, and clinical staff
- Develop automated solutions for regular processes
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Partner with accounting team to support month-end close processes
- Prepare monthly financial package after accounting close is complete
- Produce regular weekly & monthly KPI reports
- Maintain and develop BI reporting
- Database Management
- Special projects as assigned
- Perform any and all duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience working within Finance or Accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Self-starter
- Effective critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and leadership skills
- Must be detail-oriented and thorough with excellent organizational skills
