As a Roadway Engineer at our firm, you will play a vital role in executing civil engineering projects from conception to completion. This position is integral to our mission of providing exceptional consulting services while fostering sustainable development.

- Oversee the entire project lifecycle.
- Manage projects to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
- Utilize Auto CAD Civil 3D software to create detailed designs and blueprints for construction projects.
- Use GIS technology to analyze and visualize data, helping to make informed decisions about project scope and feasibility.
- Prepare and review technical documents, such as project proposals and construction reports.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed and aligned throughout the project.
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Design and implement systems to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of projects.
- Collaborate with project engineers and other team members to ensure that projects are completed to the highest quality.
- Participate in project management and ensure that all projects are properly planned, executed, and monitored.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in project engineering and project management.
- Proficiency in Auto CAD Civil 3D software, GIS technology, and technical writing.
- Strong knowledge of transportation planning and civil engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated ability in project oversight, project scheduling, and system design.
