Texas Health Huguley- operates as a joint venture between Texas Health Resources and AdventHealth.

Schedule: PRN or PT Will be 20 hours a week

Shift :Day Shift –determined by OR schedule - Onsite

Location: 11801 South Fwy., Burleson, TX 76028

The Role You’ll Contribute

Assists with education department activities and offerings: scheduling, registration, set-up including annual needs assessment. Assists with technical support for the education department and organization. Provides clerical support for education department.

The Value You’ll Bring To The Team

• Assists with activities and offerings, of the education department and other organization departments, as needed.
• Coordinates Staff Development, Community Education, and Diabetes Management monthly calendar.
• Coordinates Staff Development brochure bimonthly.
• Coordinates advertising, registration, set-up for identified classes.
• Assists with A/V (technical) support as needed (organization-wide).
• Assists with annual education needs assessment: gathering, analyzing, and reporting results.
  
  

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Expert in Microsoft office, one note, excel, teams and edge
• Accurate typing skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
