Position Summary:
Under the direction of the IT Innovations Manager, the Business Systems & Automation Analyst serves as a technical and cross-functional resource within the Lakeland Care Plus Technology Division. This role is responsible for building, securing, and automating business systems used internally and by Lakeland Care Plus clients. Areas of focus include Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, identity and access management, and light application development to support business processes. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in general IT, including service desk, networking, cloud, and security—and has experience working across technical and business domains to deliver secure, well-documented, and scalable solutions. A working understanding of APIs, scripting, and automation logic is essential to success in this position.

Work Relationships And Scope
Reports directly to the IT Innovations Manager and collaborates with LC Plus Technology teams, internal departments, external clients, vendors, and other technical partners. Role includes system development, workflow automation, security enhancements, documentation, and support for client onboarding and implementation activities.
Working Conditions
Work is performed remotely and in an office environment, with a minimal chance for personal injury. Responds to various operational, community, customer or employee situations and fulfills multiple priorities within established deadlines. Work hours are generally during normal business hours; however, unscheduled evening and weekend work may occasionally be necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the position. Frequent travel between offices and occasional out-of-town and overnight business travel may be required. This position will represent LC Plus through mission and value driven actions both internally and externally.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365
- Proficiency in Power Automate, PowerShell, JSON, and API workflows
- Working knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript for light UI logic or embedded form behaviors
- Working experience across service desk, networking, cloud services, and identity/security fundamentals
- Demonstrated ability to write and maintain technical documentation (flows, systems, governance)
- Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or consulting environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and workflow integration tools
- Experience onboarding new clients and supporting delivery within an ITIL-aligned framework
- Awareness of responsible use of AI-powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder) to enhance productivity
