The Adobe Workfront System Administrator will be responsible for the overall administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Adobe Workfront platform. This role will ensure that the system meets the needs of our organization and supports our project management and operational workflows. This position contributes to Starbucks' success by developing and optimizing Workfront activities and managing day-to-day Workfront operations to drive the execution of complex go-to-market projects and programs, with a focus on automation. Additionally, this role will influence individuals and teams to adopt new ways of working that deliver agility, continuous improvement, collaboration, and a growth mindset to our creative practice, enabling us to effectively and efficiently scale.

As a Workfront System Administrator, you will…
- Platform Administration:
- Manage day-to-day administration of Adobe Workfront, including system configuration, permissions, layout templates, and default settings.
- Ensure the overall health and performance of the Workfront system.
- User Management:
- Onboard new users and teams, ensuring they have the necessary access and training.
- Conduct regular audits of user profiles, licenses, and permissions to maintain system integrity.
- Report and Dashboard Management:
- Create and manage reports and dashboards to support project managers, teams, and executive leadership.
- Customize layout templates and dashboards to enhance user experience.
- Custom Fields and Forms Management:
- Design, build, and maintain custom fields and forms to support various teams.
- Ensure data consistency and eliminate redundancy in custom fields.
- Training and Support:
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for new and existing users.
- Provide high-touch support, troubleshoot user issues, and act as the primary Workfront subject matter expert.
- Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement system enhancements and process optimizations based on user feedback.
- Cross-Functional Implementation:
- Support cross-functional implementation as Workfront expands across the organization.
- Documentation:
- Maintain and update system documentation, ensuring it is comprehensive and user-friendly.
- Lead projects to overhaul documentation as needed.
- Best Practices:
- Stay current with Adobe Workfront releases, features, and industry best practices.
- Proactively recommend improvements and optimizations to the system.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Workfront System Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Workfront integrations (APIs) is a plus.
- Experience supporting Workfront in a large, complex enterprise environment.
- Experience onboarding new teams or departments onto an existing enterprise platform.
- Familiarity with Adobe Workfront Fusion.
- If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
