Job Duties

• Responsible for the permanent application of part identification for
  
  

traceability purposes.

• Boxing and packaging parts for shipment or placing them in the stock
  
  

room.

• Inspect all parts for proper assembly and cosmetic defects.
• Tag any non-conforming parts with re-work labels
• General Carpentry-Build large wooden crates for shipping parts
• Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of
  
  

ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit

and Harlow Aerostructures

Skills Required

• Ability to read and understand blueprints, plots, mylars, gauges,
  
  

and work instructions.

• Demonstrates a strong customer focus along with a great work ethic.
• Demonstrates knowledge of basic math, including working with
  
  

decimals, and strong mechanical aptitude.

• Ability to work effectively with others and independently.
• Able to perform detailed work with a strong attention to detail and
  
  

quality.

• Demonstrate reliability and good attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for long periods of
  
  

time

Education And Experience Required

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Basic Carpentry Skills
• Basic Computer skills
