Duties And Responsibilities

Ensure all electronic assemblies and finished products meet functional test

specifications and quality standards.

Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and

scripts using Python.

Creating comprehensive test plans, designing test cases, and executing

both manual and automated tests.

Identifying, analyzing, and reporting software and firmware defects and

performance issues.

Working closely with developers to understand requirements, design test

strategies, and ensure product quality.

Conducting performance tests to evaluate system performance under various load

conditions.

Identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities in software and firmware

applications.

Provide Tier 2 technical support to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

BS or MS in Engineering with 0-2 years of test engineering or product

development experience.

Minor or double-major in CS with proficiency using the Python scripting

language.

Superior and proven knowledge of analog or RF circuit analysis, electronic

theory, and test instrumentation, with hands-on electronic

troubleshooting experience, to the component-level.

Experience recommending, developing, and implementing test strategies.

Experience with development tools, knowledge of VS Code for Python, Git,

Jira, J-Flash or Simplicity Studio is a plus.

Knowledge of wireless technologies, especially 900MHz ISM radio band and

Bluetooth.

Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in

cross-functional teams.

Proven self-starter with initiative, creativity, and excellent

problem-solving skills.

Educational Requirements

BS or MS in Engineering, minor or double-major in CS.

Supervisory, management, or project management experience is a plus.

Compensation And Other

Salary Range $70-$75k
